Why is the membership monthly?
The unique format of the E3 membership is that it never ends. Just like the current affairs and our need to continually educate our self never ends, E3 keeps you up to date monthly. New training, new laws, latest equipment, updates and more. Much of the activity and live events happen monthly. You will always have new and fresh content and activities for you to take advantage of. Also, unlike programs that make you pay for the year and lock you in, E3 is a no obligation program and you can cancel any month with no future obligations.
What if I am an expert overlander and don’t want novice content?
Some content and information is supplied to you based on your profile information based on your input when creating your member account. We adjust some content based on your profile. We also tailor content based on the membership level. The higher level memberships have more content as well as higher level content and more in depth content.
Can’t I just get this information on YouTube?
Absolutely not for many reasons. One, E3 Association is made up of the industry’s best trainers, writers, researchers, experts whose total content is not available online. In some cases, you would have to pay thousands to train with them and get the content you receive from the membership. Two, our content is created with top PhD eLearning staff and the courses are created with many lessons inside one course and many supporting documents and content within each lesson. So these courses are built using best practices tracks and delivered in progression to get you the best experience and information. Three, much of the content is simple not available online, it’s possible to find some of the content if you do a lot of searching, but it is all over the internet.
What if I don’t get a chance to attend live events?
No Problem. Many of the calls, webinars, and special events are recorded or filmed. You don’t have to be there live to still take advantage. Also, live events are only a fraction of your membership. Some people don’t want to attend live events and use all the content available to them, some people don’t use the content but love the live events. The beauty of the membership is you have all mediums available to you so you can use based on your needs, desires and lifestyle.
How do I ask a question on events? (Calls, live streams, webinars, etc.)
Keep in mind the higher level membership get more priority in the quest for questions to be answered. VIP members move right to the top of the cue.
- For Calls: We either open up lines for you to ask questions live or you can submit them ahead of time on the web form associated with the call.
- Webinars: You will have the ability to submit questions right on the webinar page.
- Live Streams: You will have the ability to submit questions right on the webinar page.
Am I obligated to any contracts?
NO – We have a simple no obligation and no strings attached guarantee. You can cancel at any time by going to the support page in your membership account.
What if I don’t get a chance to use my membership this month?
No Problem, everything is archived for you and searchable. You will have access whenever you want.
Can my family use my account?
Currently they can access information in your account from your home. However, keep in mind that we customize your membership and communications based on your personal profile. So if you are a beginner and your spouse is and expert, some content and emails will be beginner information and not expert.
Can I bring guests that are not members to conferences and live events?
As a member you get to attend events at cost or heavily discounted based on your membership level. There are guests rates as well. All other non-members are at regular price.
How do I cancel my membership?
If you cancel within 30 days of your original purchase date, you will receive a full-refund. E3 Association does not offer refunds or credits for subscription changes or the time you do not use your account or after 30 days.
